Many of the people that you hear on Project Audion have their own audio theatre groups which are doing really interesting productions. We encourage you to check out these folks and give them a listen! In no particular order let us introduce...

Despite living across the United States (with guest stars in Canada), the No Soap Radio team is a tightly-knit group of Old Time Radio enthusiasts who use various software applications to rehearse, record, edit, mix and publish our programs. Each episode is edited to work as an audio-only experience, but we make sure to include top-notch videos to give you the option to watch along, too!

From Kentucky, the KCAL Old Time Radio Troupe recreates old time radio shows the way they were originally performed back in the 40s and 50s. Anything from mysteries to comedies to dramas with period clothing, sound effects, original commercials and music. Since its opening show in December of 2014, KCAL, under the production and direction of Doug Fain and Norman & Denise Cline, opens the doors of its downtown Nicholasville theater 4 weekends a year, Spring, Summer, Fall, and Christmas. Each weekend brings four show times to sold out crowds.

The Narada Radio Company was created by Pete Lutz in 2001 when he wrote and directed his first original audio dramas on-stage at a community theatre in Texas. In 2013, he decided he was ready to create an audio series. He gathered most of his troupe from the local talent pool, but then started expanding, accepting members from all across the U.S., plus Canada, the U.K., Germany, and Australia. Pete is creator and co-host of the discussion podcast, "Old-Time Radio Essentials". He contributes programming regularly to the annual Sonic Summerstock Playhouse, and has been involved with Project Audion since Episode One, as both actor and director. When not producing audio dramas, he's probably writing new scripts or voicing roles for other creators, and has won national awards for writing and production, and local ones for his acting performances. Pete is a retired U.S. Navy Petty Officer. He, his wife, and their son live in South Texas.
